This WW2 Korean War US Army USGI Jeep Motor Vehicle First Aid Kit OD Green Steel Box is in fair condition and shows signs of age, service and poor storage. The only markings that can be found on this box are the original set of instructions on the interior side of the box's top. Strong traces of the original OD Green paint remain though the top and bottom of the box show heavy loss. The exterior of the box's top appears to have been repainted White or Silver sometime in the past.

The paint found on the interior surfaces is clean and original. All hardware is present and functions as you would expect. No dents or other serious damage can be noted.

This box shows heavy but honest wear. This first aid kit box would make a fine addition to any Jeep or other period vehicle display.
