Vintage Modified OD Cotton Field Trousers M43 M51 Rigger Paratrooper Korea WWII. Incredibly rare and hard to find pattern date 1945 with added cargo pockets & unbranded snaps. Snaps are kind of finicky and not oxidized but all works no missing buttons, no straps on this pair but there is general wear and tear like a hole in one pocket, staining , fade from use. The pocket material is stiffer but isn't waxed like some appear to be.

Wasn't acquired alongside any other military items so I can't link it to any particular veteran, but welcome any suggestions and knowledge as these seem to be quite special. This is an amazing shape example of the "rigger modified" pants, on a WWII pair of trousers presumably repurposed with pockets to become an M51 style of the Korean War (QM added or field added or added later can be disputed but a great and rare pair regardless).
