Vintage Korean War Era F-86 Sabre Pilot's Control & Throttle Hellenic Air Force

Vintage F-86 Sabre Pilot's Control & Throttle Royal Hellenic Air Force 1950's - 1960's. Offered for sale are two original pilot controls from an F-86 Sabre, presumably flown (NATO) by the Royal Hellenic Air Force.

The pilot's control, or stick grip, includes a multi-position HAT trim switch, radar target selector, nose wheel steering, and gun trigger switch. The throttle grip includes switches for speed brake operation, microphone and sight caging buttons.

This offering is unique in that it includes the metal throttle indicator plate with'Off, Idle, and Open' position indication. The engraved plate on the pilot's stick grip seems to give instructions or warnings, according to our limited translation. We would welcome a proper translation if you are versed in the Greek language. This collector's piece measures 8" long, 4" deep, and 9 tall.

It is from a private collection and has been stored behind glass. It will make a great addition to any aviation collection!
