VINTAGE GENUINE KOREAN WAR US ARMY M1951 FIELD JACKET, LINER, HOOD, GLOVES med/r

The only part of this rare medium/regular set which isn't in excellent condition given its age is the liner. Several tears exist and there is staining.

Jacket has the type of wear one would expect from an Army field jacket of this era and photos reflect the worst of that wear. Each cuff is missing one button, but one replacement button is included (in the upper right pocket). Otherwise, all buttons are in place. The hem drawcord was missing so I added a new elastic drawcord, which is the only thing not original in the set.

Jacket also will accept a modern liner. Hood is lined with genuine wolf fur and is in excellent condition.

Gloves have the original wool "trigger finger" inserts and are also in excellent condition. This is a rare quality specimen of military history which can actually still be used or proudly displayed in a collection!
