Both the jacket and liner are in incredible shape for its age. I doubt this was worn during combat as the only real issues are some broken threads throughout and one small 1/2 rip in the armpit that can be easily repaired. All original buttons and snaps are in tact and in good working order.
The crown zipper is still sturdy and runs smooth. The snaps are made by scovill. The liner is crisp and clean.
This is definitely one of the nicest and most in tact versions of this jacket I've come across. The material still feels pretty stiff and sturdy.
