Vintage 1950s Chinese Officer Winter Overcoat Korean War Military Army Coat PVA

This is an extremely rare Chinese army Korean War winter coat. I have not seen another example that looks like this one. It shows signs of heavy use. It is kidding buttons, has some tears by the pockets, fraying cuffs, some stitched repairs, some stains and other general wear throughout.

It's hard to make out what the text says on the inside. Shoulder seam to end of cuff: 22.
