Vietnam or Korean War Us Army M1 Helmet Painted LT Bar Insignia Original

Original WWII front seam swivel bale shell with painted Lt bar insignia. From what I can tell the paint on the helmet is original. Chin straps are late or post WWII replacements.

I showed it to another collector and he says this helmet was probably used in the l ate 1950s or early in Vietnam and that's most likely when the LT bar was painted on it. Capac Liner is 1 955-58 manufacture , bought from same place but may not be original to the helmet.
