USS Missouri Korean War Photo RPPC Rear Admiral Allan Edward Smith Flag Ship

This is a super rare (Original) photo of a meeting that took place, likely September of 1950, on board the USS Missouri with both United States Navy personnel and South Korean Officers, looking over plans for the preparation of the bombardment of either Samchok, 09/14/50 or Incheon, 09/15/50. At the left of the photo, wearing cap and leaning over is Rear Admiral Allan Edward Smith, note the Two Stars on collar and cap. The USS Missouri was the flagship of Admiral Smith from September 14th, 1950 thru October 10th, 1950. Also, notice in the background at left on the wall is the Official State Seal of Missouri. I have searched the internet and can find no other examples of this photo anywhere! The photo measures 3.5 x 5.5 inches and is in very good condition! A great piece for further research, and a nice piece of Korean War History for your collection!
