USGI Vintage Army M-1951 Korean War Fishtail Parka with Wool Liner and Hood MEDIUM

All draw strings, buttons, and zippers are complete and function properly. No holes, rips, or tears. Does have a few manufacturers loose strings but that is normal. Absolutely beautiful true Koran War parka shell. Chest: 37 to 41 inches. Real wool liner, not the later "frieze" style. The liner fits fine inside medium shell. Liner is complete and clean. Left arm cuff has about 1/2 of loose stitching. Slight discoloration on outside of right sleeve, only noticeable in certain lights.

All hardware/buttons work as intended. Interior wool still has the "fluffy" wool look and is not matted and discolored.

M-1951 PARKA FUR LINED OUTER HOOD. Body of hood is like new. Button and draw strings complete and like new. Hood elastic strap is slightly worn out but not crackly or crumbly. Interior is in excellent shape.

Coyote fur is in pretty good condition. Not missing any major fur chunks, no major matting, not quite as "poofy" as it once was. Interior wiring has poked a small hole on edge of hood (see pic) and there are a few high wear areas on hood rim where the interior wire has rubbed.

Overall hood is in good shape and very wearable or collectable. I BELIEVE THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPLETE M-1951 PARKA SET UPS THAT I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME! IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, I WILL DO MY BEST TO ANSWER THEM. I HOPE I COVERED ALL OF THE CONDITIONING AS BEST I COULD.
