RARE 1950-1953 Post WWII STERLING U. S Army Pilot Wings Aviator Badge Full Size

Army Aviator Badge / Wings. This set pre-dates The Institute of Heraldry marks that started being implemented in 1953.

This early example is in fantastic original condition as shown and is made of Sterling Silver. The last picture is of a later Simon manufactured wing with the IOH required "GI" making that a wing produced from 1953 through the early 1970's.
