It took me a while to work out what this is. A standard post war USN 3 pocket N3 Utility jacket that has been altered into a Fatigue shirt.
The tailoring looks post war Japan, its not Vietnam era. Lower pockets have been removed and 2 upper pockets created. The USN stamp is still visible under the flap. 2 Army buttons fasten the pockets down. Its very well done and you can only faintly see the marks where the lower pockets were removed.
2 Epaulets have also been added. You can clearly see the Size and Navy S/N number stamped in the collar. USN Wreath button fastenings on the Cuffs, Epaulets and front. The 2 added pockets have US Army 13 Star buttons. Appears to have Never been washed or worn.
Made of 100% cotton Herringbone material, the fore-runner to modern rip-stop- its very comfortable and strong. Pit to Pit: 23.5. If you want more photos or information please ask. Please read the description carefully and note my comments regarding its condition.
All my Stock is sourced overseas. Unfortunately with the fall in the value of Sterling this has led to things being more expensive. No offers please, prices are set and refusal often offends.
