Nice US Navy Battleship Grey M1 Helmet. The helmet was manufactured by Schlueter, stamped 54 over S, and features a Rear Seam Steel Rim with Stainless Swivel Loops. The chinstraps are original to the helmet and have Brass hardware. The helmet is named to J. The helmet characteristics put production at sometime in 1945.
