Original Post WWII Korean War Large Unknown Amphibious Cargo Vehicle Blueprints
Note We're not sure if this was a production Amphibious vehicle, or what country intended to use them Based on the dimensions, 17 wheels on tank treads on either side this thing was huge... If anyone has further insight into either, we'd greatly appreciate it. Government leading up to the United States involvement in WWII up until the 1950's. The backstory was these files were sourced to create a book on WWII ships - specifically landing craft - I'm not sure if the book was ever published, but the subject matter contained in these folders was at one time (over 75 years ago) held closely by the U. Military - as many are marked classified, secret, etc.
As far as I know, many of the photos and blueprints in this collection are unique, and all are guaranteed type 1 original. The blueprints are also going to likely be the most accurate representation available for many of these ships - which should be of particular importance for model builders, historians, or museums. There are marks of wear consistent with age and usage. Please study the pictures for exact detail and condition. It measures approximately 35 by 64 inches!
