Original Korean War Era South Korean Taegukgi Silk Flag (1950s)
Authentic Korean War-era South Korean Taegukgi flag, dating to the early 1950s. This original silk flag features the traditional red and blue Taeguk (yin-yang) emblem at the center, surrounded by the four trigrams (gwae) printed in blue on a cream field. The flag is made of fine silk or rayon with a soft sheen typical of Korean-made flags of the period. It includes a stitched hanging cord at one corner and shows hand-applied printing with slight irregularities consistent with period manufacture.
