M1 Steel Pot Helmet & Westinghouse Fiber Liner WW2 Korean War Era Swivel Bale

WW2 - Korean War vintage US Army / USMC M1 steel pot helmet with Westinghouse fiber liner. The helmet is in good condition with some flaws. The liner is missing a sweat band clip and the original leather liner chinstrap is broken. The Korean War era OD107 chin strap has a tear near the buckle. It's pretty fragile at the tear but displays well.

The helmet has a really nice, well worn patina. Looks like there's a very faint heat stamp. The only digit I can make out is a "0" or a "C". A very nice true vintage helmet overall and a nice addition to any collection.
