Korean War USAF F-86A Sabre Jet Fighter Aircraft Pilot's Mark 18 Gunsight

This is an original Korean War USAF F-86A Sabre Jet Fighter Aircraft Pilot's Mark 18 Gun sight. When the F-86A first came out they used this gun sight. You can see this gun sight on display at the National Museum of the USAF in Dayton, Ohio in front of their F-86 fighter. This gun sight came out during WW 2 and was used on the PB4Y-2 in the top turrets. It was also used in the PV-2 Neptune top turret.

It was also used in the later versions of the F4U-5 Corsair fighter. This gun sight is 9 x 9 x 6 inches. Thank you for your interest in my auctions.
