This is an original Korean War North American F-86 Sabre Fighter Jet Pilot's Jet engine throttle quadrant. This quadrant is in good condition.

It has the grip for the throttle with several buttons as well as the lever for the flaps. All the parts are there but the wires are cut. This item is 17 x 9 x 4 inches. The F-86 was the first successful fighter to take on the famous MIG-17 during the Korean War. With its 6 50 cal. Machine guns in the nose the F-86 was a mean fighting machine. The Sabre Jet ended the Korean War with a very high kill ratio against the MIG-17. Today the F-86 is a prized warbird and several still fly in civilian hands.
