Korean War US NAVY Pilot WINGS RANK Insignia BULLION USN Aviator BADGE Patch LT

I don't know if this was for a pilot's ball cap or this went on jacket. Aviator wings in gold and the Lieutenant bars are in silver.

Navy Blue wool or felt backing. Patch measures approximately 3-1/2 length. There's some stitching along the edge so i don't know if this was removed or not from uniform. A loose strand of material in the top, right hand corner. Reverse has some spots of light staining.
