Korean War M-421A USN Jacket Flying Summer Vtg US Navy Flight Jacket Bush Poplin

Over the next few months i will be making available many items from my personal collection with the aim of raising funds for a larger project. An original Korean war era example of the'M-421A' US Navy'Jacket Flying Summer'.

Made in 100% poplin cotton. Pilot's name is stenciled small to chest and rear of neck. Condition is very good, clean and even coloured. Original zip with no issues. T he jacket was dry cleaned ahead of being stored but could be carefully washed to remove any storage dust or minor surface marks from wear.

A UK size 40 (euro50) tailors dummy is used to show the item. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 17.5 (item laid flat and measured across one side). Pit to pit: 20 (item laid flat and measured across one side). Shoulder seam to end of cuff: 23. Back of neck to hem: 24.
