Korean War Era U. S. Marine Corps Mameluke Officer Sword Usmc

This sword is in great condition for its age. The sword is acid etched with United States Marine Corps but has no name on it. The sword was made by Fugi Sword Co, Tokyo. This has the globe mark logo on other side. The side of the blade is marked with UNITED STATES MARINE. The sword in the scabbard is 35 inches overall with a 29 1/2 inch blade. There are no dents or marks on the blade or scabbard. This is in the original protective leatherette case with soldier initials no id. Grips are ivory which was used during this period one side has a chip piece missing on its edge and the other side has a hair line crack.

The brass hand guard shows uses and wear overall it is a very nice USMC sword and would be an excellent addition to a collection. Please see ALL the pictures and description for what is included.
