Korean War Bronze Star Medal ID'd Harold R Werner Army Puerto Rico 65th Infantry

According to the interwebs, Harold R. Officially government engraved, and made by Lordship Industries (LIGI). I'm not sure if this is a replacement medal, or an original that was awarded long after the war - which happened more than one might think.
