Korean War 1946 Dated Overcoat Large Regular OD 7 Sateen Wool US ARMY

Still has a good strong color. The wool lining is intact. Minor mothing in the wool.

Shell has very minor snags? The rayon part does have a pinhole. Belt was detached but sewn back to coat with period thread and belt was worn out heavily in the front.

These overcoats were meant to be worn with the service uniforms but were sent into action during the first winter of the Korean War due to a winter clothing shortage. I've included a photo showing it in use in the field.
