With Original stamped Hanger on its back - See picture #4. Plaque is in Good condition with some signs of use and age, but overall is very solid and intact.

Plaque has Soldiers name, Enlisted Date (4/24/50) - 325 REG 1st BN ACO 3rd PLTN and TO MOM & DAD all Engraved on the front. Plaque measures approximately 15.5"L X 13.5"W x 3/4D.
