INCREDIBLY RARE KOREAN WAR 24th DIVISION HELMET 34th Infantry Regiment

100% original Korean War 24th Infantry Division helmet. Beautiful Schlueter made shell with front seam, OD#7 straps and stainless rim. Chinstraps are original to the helmet and have the T-1 catch. Original Hand painted 24th Infantry Division insignia and 34th Infantry Regiment make this helmet a heart-stopper. Note that the chinstraps have been fastened over the rear rim forever, note the wear in the paint from the chinstrap fasteners.

Liner is a Westinghouse, suspension is in perfect condition and has the correct gloss OD paint that would be expected for Korean War use. This helmet is in beautiful condition and is museum grade.
