This a uniform that I believe belonged to MSG. The uniform has a sterling silver CIB & a master para wing with 2 stars for combat jumps. The Korean ribbon bar has an arrowhead for an invasion or para jump. There were only 2 jumps during the korean war. Manning is listed as being seriously injured in action on a date that coincides with one of the jumps, I assume that since he was SIA & not WIA he was injured on the jump and didn't qualify for the PH.

This is a pretty rare uniform in all my years of collecting I've only had 2 from guys that made jumps in Korea. I never got around to fully researching this one. Should make for a good project. This will make a great addition to any collection.
