Great Korean War US Marine Corps VMF-212 (Devil Cats) Flight Jacket

ARTIFACT: This is a Korean War United States Marine Corps VMF-212 flight jacket made from a modified M-43 jacket. The jacket has a great red and gold patch for the Devil Cats.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Cotton, fully embroidered patch in cotton/silk/polyester threads, resin buttons. MARKINGS: JACKET, FIELD M-1943 stamp (please see photo for complete wording). ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Marine Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The jacket has several small spots of discoloration/stains on reverse and two small areas of staining near the bottom of the lining. GUARANTEE: As with all my items, this piece is guaranteed original.
