C. 1950s Korean War MP Back Patch

Authentic "in theater" Marine backpatch. This item was likely made by a local merchant in the North-South Korea border town of "Pan Mun Jom" (Panmunjom), a city that now sits directly next to the DMZ. It is unknown who the Marine was who owned this piece, but it's connection to past and present Korea should is notable.
