Here is a Recent Estate Find. This is a Rare Antique Working 1952 CHELSEA Korean War Era U. The Clock is Mounted on a Decorative Wood Back Board, and Measures approx. 9" in Diameter with a 6" Dial. The Case is Made of Black Bakelite and Has a'Hinged' Bezel, with Porthole Style Design.

The Dial is the Original 24 Hour Black Metal Military Dial with Arabic Numerals, and Large Seconds Sweep Hand, Signed Chelsea Clock Co. It Has a Chelsea 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up Spring Driven'Time Only' Movement with Balance Wheel and Lever Escapement, Signed 12E-1953 Chelsea Clock Co.

The Serial Number Dates This Clock to 1953. This is the Correct Movement for This Case. This is a Key Wind Clock and Includes a Winding Key. This is Used and in Good Original Condition and Good Working Order.
