1950 US Forces in Occupied Japan License Plate Korean War Era RARE! All Original

This historic old vintage US military relic has 100% all original paint with no restoration of any kind on this item. I have not even attempted to clean it. Please see the close-up photo, as that tells the whole story as to condition. You may notice a very faint "halo" around some of the numbers, which is most clear on the "JAPAN" legend.

This is because this stamped/embossed tag was not sponge-painted during original manufacture as were most license plates of this era, but instead was stencil sprayed. Size is 12 inches long by 5 5/8 inches high. This plate is nice and solid and straight. It lays mostly flat with no bends or warp, and there are no extra holes. Long-time ALPCA Member #3610 (since 1981).
