Wwii Korean War U. S. Army Lt. Colonel Group Visor Caps & Boots Pearl Harbor

ORIGINAL 1930's/WORLD WAR TWO/1950's U. This LTC graduated from West Point in 1933, was present at Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941 during the Japanese attack while serving with the 24th Infantry Division and went on to serve as a G-3 with the 24th ID in the Pacific during WWII. His career also continued post war into the 1950's.

Included in his group are the following items. BRITISH MADE LEATHER CAVALRY BOOTS - 1930's - WWII era. Knee high 19 inch boots made of russet brown leather and manufactured by Pearl & Co.

Inside the boots are wooden trees marked by Pearl & Co. And named to the Lt.

There are a few paper repair tags tied to the trees with string. The boots are in overall very good condition showing some scuffs from wear. A little stitching on the back of the right boot has given way.

Comes with original cloth storage bags, the bags show age & have holes & tatter. LEATHER RIDING CROP - 1930's - WWII era, Made of russet brown braided leather. The wrist lanyard & leather tip have broken off.

WINTER OLIVE DRAB OFFICERS VISOR CAP - 1950's era. Nice quality made with makers label by Christenson of New York. The cap has a nice saddle shape. In overall good condition showing some age, wear & sweat staining on the lining. SUMMER KHAKI OFFICERS VISOR CAP - 1950's era.

Interesting that it has the. Features a nice oversize WWII crusher style officers cap insignia.

The sweat shield has denigrated over time and the remnants have fused to the inside lining. In overall fair condition showing a good deal of age staining along with a few small moth holes. DRESS BLUE OFFICERS VISOR CAP - 1950's era - This is a field grade officers cap with bullion oak leaves embroidered on the visor. Nice quality made cap with Christenson of New York makers label along with the Lt.

Colonels name & service number. Size tag reads 7 1/8.

In overall very good condition showing some light age & wear. Overall a very nice grouping and worthy of further research!
