WWII/ Korean war identified 11th marine regiment, USMC uniforms

For sale are these 2 uniforms that belonged to the same person. The name inside is J E Reilly and I believe it's John E. He served with the 11th marines in both WWII and Korea. The 11th fought at Guadalcanal, Cape Gloucester, Peleliu, Okinawa, Pusan perimeter and the Chosin Reservoir.
