I understand that the later versions have a quilted liner, but this one has a wool-blanket type liner. The zipper is an old Talon product, which sure looks WWII to me. It has some wear and damage as you can see, which makes it look cool in my humble opinion.

For those into sizes, the approximate sizes are across top of shoulders - outside seam to seam (21"), across chest - pit to pit (23"), sleeve - shoulder seam to cuff end (25"), and from top of back if neck to tail (27.5").
