Painted leather patch from the 43rd bombardment group/64th bombardment squadron. IMPORTANT - This jacket appears to be a civilian version of a B-15C jacket; it's a high-quality version made of heavy weight material but does not appear to be a regulation Air Force version. Likely wool/rayon blend with a wool collar.
There are only a few flaws to note such as some wear / holes on the right cuff. There are some dirty spots near that same cuff that may come clean with care. There are some scratches in the material on the back. There are some wear holes on the waistband near the zipper. It looks like a pocket on the left sleeve was removed. Lining has some tiny holes here and there. There's nothing wrong with the jacket that would keep it from being worn! Please look over attached photos to get a better idea of over all condition. Size: Unmarked but measures to about a sz range medium.
