Very Rare Original Korean War U. Military Pilot Blood Chit, USAF, U. Navy, Army This is a very rare original Korean War U. Military pilot's blood chit.

This would have been carried in their survival gear by a USAF, U. Army pilot in the event of a bail out. It is in excellent condition. The person I got it from had it thumb tacked to the wall so there is a pin hole in each of the top 2 corners, but otherwise it is in almost perfect condition.
