Korean War Military Army Jeep Vehicle Guide Spotlight & Cord Reel Vintage 1951

This 1951 Korean War-era US military pistol grip spotlight is complete with vehicle mounting bracket and extension cord reel. The mounting bracket is designed specifically to hold the spotlight's pistol grip, with spring-loaded hinge for easy removal and a wingnut pin that can hold the trigger in the ON position. The heavy-duty guide light has an all-metal construction with a cool pistol grip handle.

Glass lens has no chips or cracks, but has not been opened for cleaning, and still has spots and dust underneath. It is untested, main power supply lines are crumbling away and will need to be replaced. The Benjamin Reel works, but is slow and sluggish, and will probably need internal cleaning / lubrication to operate smoothly again (I only pulled the cord out a couple of feet, but it seems to be in good structural condition with no cracking).

Everything shows general wear and tear from use, but there are no broken, cracked or missing parts. Otherwise clean and ready for display or restoration.

Glass lens measures approximately 5 inches in diameter. Reel box measures 7.5 inches in diameter. Be sure to inspect the detailed photos to grade cosmetic condition.
